1. Use of the App

1.1 The App is designed to help users learn foreign languages through AI-powered lessons, custom vocabulary and sentence lists, and beginner courses.

1.2 By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the App, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App.

1.3 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by us, including all intellectual property rights, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

2.2 You acknowledge that the App and its contents are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose.

3. User Content

3.1 The App allows users to create and share content, including custom vocabulary and sentence lists.

3.2 By creating and sharing user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such user content throughout the world in any media.

3.3 You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the user content and have the right to grant the license granted above.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Some features of the App are available only with a paid subscription. The price, the billing period and the features included in each plan are shown in the App before you confirm your purchase.

4.2 Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel, your subscription is renewed automatically at the end of each billing period and the payment method you provided is charged the then-current price for the next period. The charge is normally made within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 You can cancel at any time — in the App under “Profile → Subscription”, or in the subscription settings of the store through which you purchased (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; until then you keep access to the paid features.

4.4 Refunds. You may request a refund within 14 days of the payment concerned by contacting us at support@leximo.ai. After those 14 days, payments for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current period, in whole or in part.

4.5 If you purchased the subscription through the App Store or Google Play, payment, cancellation and refunds are also governed by the rules of that store, and a refund may need to be requested from it directly.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.

5.2 We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

6.2 We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the inability to use the App or any information or materials contained on the App.

7. Indemnification

7.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Changes to the Terms

9.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

10.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
